A Little About Me:

As a competitive triathlete, I am constantly in the pursuit of pushing my body to its physical limits, but I’ve spent a lot of time chasing a very dangerous type of high.

Experimental drug use in middle school turned into a habitual $500 a day heroin habit. Self-medicating was my escape and nothing else mattered.

At my rock bottom, I had tunnel vision— I only looked forward to getting high. Now, I’ve harnessed that same tunnel vision towards personal performance, looking forward to pursuing my personal best everyday.

Exercise saved my life, and now I’m ready to help others achieve their best in pursuit of physical and mental health
